Gameplay

The classic action game with puzzles is back! In a future world where cars have become a thing of the past, the only reliable transport is Gunbrick. It is an armored cube with a powerful gun and an impenetrable shield. You can only move by rolling, which means you need to think through every step in advance.

There are crowds of enemies on the way, from aggressive mutants to combat drones. The gun breaks through obstacles and destroys opponents, but there is a nuance - you can only shoot in one direction. The shield protects from attacks, but rolls the cube, changing its position. To survive, you need to use both sides of Gunbrick correctly.

Some levels are solid puzzles. Somewhere you will have to clear the way with shots, and somewhere - activate mechanisms or use the shield as a platform. Weapons help not only in combat, but also in movement. By pointing the gun down, you can make a rocket jump and reach inaccessible places.

As the game progresses, new zones with unique obstacles open up. Urban jungles, abandoned laboratories, wastelands inhabited by crazy punks. At the end of each location, there is a boss fight. Here, you can no longer simply rely on armor; you will have to combine attacks and dodges.

Gunbrick: Reloaded works great on touch screens. The controls are based on swipes and taps, without inconvenient virtual buttons. Eirik Zurke, known for his work in Spelunky and Ridiculous Fishing, is responsible for the music.
