Plot and Gameplay

Legends of the Hidden City say that the old mansion on the hill is cursed. Long ago, a real witch lived there. The residents tried to put her to trial, but she vanished without a trace. Since then, the house has stood empty. They say anyone who enters is forever held captive. You decide to test this urban legend and boldly cross the threshold. The door immediately slams shut.

The game uses classic point-and-click mechanics. You simply tap the screen to interact with the environment. Examine furniture, peer into cabinets, and collect strange objects. All finds are added to your inventory, where you can examine them closely or combine them. By combining two items, you obtain a new, useful tool.

But this is no ordinary house. The building exists simultaneously in three parallel dimensions. You must travel between them. This completely changes the usual approach to solving puzzles. Action in one reality opens new passages to another.

Other prisoners languish inside the mansion. Talk to them. Learn their secrets and ask for help. Without their help, you won't be able to escape. Each room conceals logic puzzles, codes, and hidden mechanisms. If you get stuck, you can always use the built-in hint system. It will gently guide you to the right solution.

Your actions matter. The developers have provided two different endings. The story's conclusion depends on the choice you make at the critical moment. Nowhere House seamlessly complements the Dark Dome universe. The game's plot intertwines with the events of The Ghost Case and Haunted Laia. You can search for hidden connections or simply enjoy the story on its own.
