How to delete a 1win account
Description
There is no button in the 1win bookmaker that allows you to delete your account on your own. However, if you want to stop betting or simply leave this bookmaker, we will explain how you can get rid of your profile.
Log in to the app
Sign in to your profile through the app. If you do not have it yet, you can download it from our website.
Open the menu
On the main page, in the bottom left corner, there is a «Menu» button with three horizontal lines. Tap it, and a side panel will appear.
Contact support
To delete your account in 1win, contact the support service. Tap the message icon at the bottom of the side menu, and a chat window will open. Explain your situation: say that you want to delete your account with the bookmaker and describe your reasons.
The operator will process your request in real time and may ask for additional information. The account deletion process may take several days.
