How to delete a Melbet account

If you want to prevent yourself from placing bets, simply deleting your account is almost impossible with nearly any bookmaker. There is no such button in Melbet either, but we will explain how to do it in another way.

Log in to the app

Sign in to your profile through the website or the app, which can be downloaded from our website.

Open the menu

On the main page of the app, tap the «Menu» button located in the bottom right corner.

Go to the support page

Now tap «Customer support» to open the list of ways to contact Melbet specialists.

Contact the bookmaker’s technical support

To delete your Melbet account, contact Melbet support in any convenient way, for example by email. Once your request has been processed, your account should be deactivated.
